This information has been specially designed to simplify the ordering procedure for 8X10's. The layout examples shown are the most frequently recommended or requested by the many model and talent agencies served nationwide. We will be happy to use a layout of your design or use our judgement as to a layout that will best accommodate your picture selection. Please allow reasonable latitude to make necessary adjustments in cropping, sizing and arrangement of pictures and lettering, ect. Number the back of your original pictures with pencil to correspond with the numbers indicated on the example layouts below.
Note: Placement of lettering will usually conform to examples below. Changes may be made if the amount of typsetting if different than examples. You may indicate preferences of placement of names, logo, ect.

ORDERS
When ordering, send 8X10 prints, if possible. Do not send negatives. Color originals can be used to produce black and white, although black and white to black and white will achieve better results. Please allow reasonable latitude to make needed adjustments in sizing, spacing and arrangement of pictures, lettering, ect.

SENDING ORDERS
Fill out the order form and return with a check or money order for the full amount in U.S. FUNDS ONLY. We cannot accept C.O.D. orders. Be sure to mail orders "first class" (clearly marked on the envelope) and use a separate cardboard stiffener to protect your originals. Please do not glue the originals to the cardboard. Two or more originals should be separated by clean paper. Use pencil to mark backs of photos to prevent ink damage. Every effert will be made to protect your originals, however we cannot accept responibility for originals lost or damaged in transit. Do not send copyrighted photos or art without specific written release or permission by the copyright holder.

PROCESSING TIME/SHIPPING
Please allow us 3 weeks for processing and printing your order. This does not include transit time. We cannot guarantee delivery dates. If an unusual delay in production occurs, you will be notified. Special shipping can be arranged on an individual basis. We recommend only UPS Air shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. Please call us for rates.

TYPESETTING
Typesetting is included in the above prices - indicate size and style. You may include your own artwork - black on white. We can re-size if necessary. Do not glue artwork to the original. Please include typesetting instructions with your order form. Double check spelling and numbers. Large amounts of typesetting, i.e. several paragraphs, special effects, may result in additional charge.

PRICES
All prices include the total cost of the prints. There is no additionnal charge for typesetting. The first amount in each selection is the minimum order quantity, and prices are for one pose only. Minimum quantities cannot be split between different pictures or typesetting. Prices are subject to change without notice.
